Polaris-owned Indian Motorcycle has just announced new colours for its Scout and Roadmaster range of cruisers. The American motorcycle maker has revealed ten new colours for the aforementioned models and the interesting things is that for the first time ever, these bikes have received loud and fancy shades. Bookings for the five exclusive colours that go by the name Thunderblack, Snakeskin Green two-tone, Blue Sapphire, Solar Flare Yellow and Dirt track smoke and Thunderblack smoke two-tone have already begun at Indian Motorcycle dealerships globally. The new shades will be available for sale in limited numbers.

In order to be specific, the Indian Motorcycle Scout will now be available in three new monotone paint schemes of yellow, orange and blue. Besides these, there are also two dual tone shades on offer viz white & black and bronze & black. On the other hand, the Indian Roadmaster can now be chosen from a couple of new solid colour options like green and blue. The company is also offering three dual tone colour options of red & black, green & black and yellow & black alongside the two plain colours.

There is no denying the fact that Indian Motorcycle has tried something really different this time with the visual appeal of its models. With the announcement of new colour options, the brand has also broken the stereotype that Indian Motorcycle cruisers can just be limited to dark shades. These new colours are expected to reach the dealerships in India sometime next year. Now, it will be really interesting to see what impact does the new colours have on the sale of Indian Motorcycle models in the country.

In other news, the company recently launched Scout Bobber in India at a price of Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle challenges the likes of Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber, Triumph Bonneville Bobber and Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight in the Indian premium bike market.
